Yes. Your cosmetic treatment journey begins with an individual consultation and assessment with Nurse Elena. This allows time to discuss your concerns, preferences, goals and relevant medical history before determining what may be clinically appropriate for you.

Cosmetic Consultations
Cosmetic consultations are $50, payable at the time of booking. Your $50 consultation fee is redeemable towards your treatment when booked within 4 weeks of your consultation.

All Other Treatments
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is payable on the day of treatment.

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. With sufficient notice, your deposit can be transferred to your rescheduled appointment. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours may result in your deposit being forfeited. Please refer to our full Terms & Conditions for further details.

Studio Skin allows a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean your appointment needs to be shortened, modified or rescheduled to ensure treatments can be performed safely and without impacting following appointments.
